Awesome!

Shiloh went above and beyond as a host! We absolutely loved his place! The house was very clean, modern rustic decor and equipped with everything you could need. Beds were super comfy, plenty of space, nice open kitchen…with an incredible view…deer, bear and birds were seen! The back hike is a highlight…which we did daily and front porch was amazing. Everything was perfect!!! We enjoyed our stay there so much and were sad to leave. We couldn’t have been happier with our vacation. Thank you!

Wonderfully relaxing!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was beautiful and cozy…a perfectly relaxing getaway. The owner, Shiloh, was unbelievably accommodating! We were on a super short time frame and he went over and above to make it work. We would highly recommend this home.

Luxury on 4 Mile

This home was absolutely amazing! Perfectly comfortable and beautifully decorated!! We had a great time staying in this home! Everything is well stocked and ready for vacation! Shiloh is an amazing host! I highly recommend this place!!

Family Vacation

Enjoyed our stay in Shiloh's home. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch and hiking behind the house. Good location to downtown and the wonderful activities Pagosa Springs has to offer (we did hiking, kayaking and fly fishing). Summer Escape to Colorado

We had an outstanding stay at this beautiful mountain home! Everything was so clean and comfortable! Wonderful beds, towels, fully equipped kitchen for making meals, seating on the porch, everything! The owner has not missed a thing! Sonos speakers for music throughout the home, solid wi-fi connection, Huge screen TV to enjoy movies at night. The house is not far at all from town. We bought groceries at Walmart and City Market. We also went into town for dinners and breakfast. We hiked 4 Miles Falls, which was also close to the house. Our family certainly would love to stay here again! It was so nice! The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Thank you, Shiloh! You have an amazing place in Pagosa Springs!

Just Perfect

We loved staying here! The cabin was in the most perfect setting ever! Our boys loved going on the hike to the top of the property and exploring. The cabin is so peaceful and quiet and it was a great place for our family to get to hang out, play games, and be together. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out if needed, but we enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the wildlife. The Coleman Cabin was a wonderful place for our family vacation! Thank you Shiloh for opening up your home and all of your help with out trip.

Don’t look anywhere else!!!! Best experience EVER!

We have rented lots of vrbos over the years and this is by far the best experience we have ever had. The house is one of a kind and Shiloh goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is the absolute best. The beds are extremely comfortable, plenty of space for family and friends, and lots of porch space for everyone to enjoy sitting on the patio! Shiloh made the check in process super easy for us even when we needed something same day! He is extremely responsive to emails and text. Every small detail was thought of in this Vrbo. I am someone who reads all the reviews before picking somewhere to rent and just know if you are reading this you are in good hands with Shiloh. We can not say enough good things about this place!!

2022 Spring Break

Wow! We had an amazing time at the cabin and this is one of the better properties we have ever rented. It is well appointed, great location, and our sons enjoyed playing mini pool and foosball. There were plenty of games, DVD's, and we really enjoyed using the record player. Some of our best moments were just sitting by the gas fireplace in the morning, drinking coffee, and watching the wild turkeys go by. I also appreciated how responsive the host was to all my inquiries during our stay and we look forward to having another opportunity to stay here again.

Beautiful Mountain Cabin

This is a really wonderful and comfortable cabin. It has clearly been very recently and completely remodeled inside. Everything is very modern and in excellent condition. The second floor is very spacious and comfortable with 3 separate bedrooms and a very nice bath. The master downstairs if very spacious and has a comfortable king bed and very modern and luxurious bath with whirlpool tub and frameless glass shower. Very nicely equipped kitchen is great for cooking, with both a table and counter seating. The grill outside was great. Lots of modern and thoughtful touches like Keurig coffee maker, Sonos sound system, and even a pump organ downstairs and keepboard upstairs. Chess, board games, etc. etc. Just lots of extras that make it a great place to stay. the covered front porch with table, chairs, rockers, propane fire pit, etc. was a beautiful place to watch the sunset. We didn't want to leave !!!

Wonderful, Easy-Living Mountain Home

It’s unanimous - all of our family agreed (from 15 to 50+) that it felt like home and we immediately felt comfortable. We had everything we needed. Great location, well appointed home, easy access to hiking, fishing, rock climbing, and town. Beautiful sunsets from the front porch and daily hikes from the back yard to incredible 360 degree views. Shiloh is an incredible host and was very engaging and responsive to any questions or inquiries we had about the cabin or the area. Definitely in the cards for another stay during our next trip to Pagosa Springs.

Great location in Pagosa

Great place just four miles from town. Stays cool in the summer and great kitchen. Large bedrooms and pretty view. Internet is a bit unstable, but worked well enough for multiple video streams 97% of the time. We got assaulted by ticks on the hill, but everything was good around the house. Don’t climb the hill without serious bug spray.

Beautiful with everything you need!

The pictures do not do justice as to how beautiful this home and property really are. It was such a cozy place and the view is outstanding. Downtown is just a few minutes away. The showers, towels, hand soaps, spa bath fuzzies were a great addition! Everything needed to make a meal along with seasonings! Having the washer and dryer to wash clothes if needed was great too. I can’t wait to plan my next visit!
